I have one bedroom w/ private bath suite located in a HOUSE in Rio de Janeiro, I would like to swap for a place in Los Angeles County or Orange County. I have being living in CA for 10 years paying rent and I keep this place in Rio totally empty so I decided to swap it because I would like to SAVE some money in rent. It's beautiful, VERY save in an upscale location. It's good for one person but I also have other rooms I rather swap or rent it for at least 2 months. If you have a place and is coming to Rio for more than 2 months or at least 2 months send me an e-mail , if you want something just for the holidays I MAYBE able to help you because I also have friends with empty houses but they would charge a regular rent. I want a place just for my self, that's why it would be good if you also need a place for one person. The place has a swimming pool, tennis court , 24 hs surveillance cameras, 24 hs armed patrol, outdoor workout area, etc
Walking distance from the beach, night life and shopping. Public transportation and rental car is AVAILABLE at the door steps.
